Limited Warranty

The Coleman Company, Inc. for its bubba brand of products (“bubba”) warrants to the original end user purchaser that its bubba product purchased in the United States of America (“Products”) will be free from manufacturing defects for the warranty durations in the chart below from the date of purchase or delivery (whichever occurs later) when put to normal use and cared for according to bubba’s instructions.

Because bubba cannot control the quality of Products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty applies only to Products that were purchased from bubba or a bubba authorized seller in the United States, unless otherwise prohibited by law. bubba reserves the right to reject warranty claims for Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear; cosmetic damage which does not impair the functionality of the product, including scratches, dents, dings, scuffs, stains, discoloration, color changes, fading, minor paint chips, or other nonfunctional changes in appearance; damage from misuse or abuse (such as improper cleaning, neglect, or accident); defects resulting from alteration(s); fire; theft; or defects resulting from the use of the Product in a commercial manner.

Warranty Claim Process:

Purchasers of Products who wish to make a warranty claim based on an alleged Product defect should complete our Warranty Form ( Help Center bubba ) or call us at 1-877-334-7070 Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM E.T. You will be required to provide proof of purchase and delivery, demonstrating when and where you purchased your Product and when it was received. You will also be asked to provide/upload photographs of your Product.

Please note that we do not currently manufacture spare parts. If you believe the issue is covered under warranty, we encourage you to fill out the Warranty Form ( Help Center bubba ), designed for US and Canada consumers, with English and French language options available.

Remedies Under This Warranty:

bubba will replace a defective Product that is covered by this warranty. If the item that is the subject of the warranty claim is either unavailable due to lack of inventory or discontinued and thus no longer available, bubba will replace your item with the most comparable item currently manufactured.

Disclaimers:

There are no warranties which extend beyond those stated herein. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE APPLICABLE TO PRODUCTS, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL BUBBA BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES BASED UPON BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR STRICT LIABILITY. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
